Common Use
The main component of Viagra is Sildenafil Citrate. Sildenafil Citrate affects the response to sexual stimulation. It acts by enhancing smooth muscle relaxation using nitric oxide, a chemical that is normally released in response to sexual stimulation. Dosage and Direction
