Common use

Motrin belongs to a class of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This medication is used to reduce symptoms of arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, fever. Ibuprofen is also known to have an antiplatelet effect. It can be also applied in other cases.

Dosage and direction

Take Ibuprofen by mouth with a glass of water, with or without food. Avoid cutting, crushing or chewing this medicine. Do not take the medicine more often than it is prescribed.
