Accutane is een isotretinoïne medicijn dat wordt gebruikt voor de behandeling van ernstige huidziekten en enkele andere aandoeningen. De actieve ingrediënt is afgeleid van vitamine A en is normaal gesproken aanwezig in kleine hoeveelheden in het menselijk lichaam.

Bijwerkingen

Bijwerkingen van Accutane zijn zeldzaam, aangezien het medicijn bedoeld is voor langdurige behandeling. Het kan echter enkele van de volgende symptomen veroorzaken:

Allergische reacties (soms ernstig) of huiduitslag
Misselijkheid, obstipatie of diarree
Sufheid, slaperigheid en hoofdpijn

Voorzorgsmaatregelen
